Welcome!

We are an experimental group studying quantum many-body physics using ultracold atoms.

Our research is conducted at the Center for Optical Quantum Technologies (ZOQ) and the institute for Laser Physics at the University of Hamburg.

Our group is part of the Cluster of Excellence “CUI: Advanced Imaging of Matter”.

We are offering several Master thesis in 2025. Interested students are encouraged to reach out to learn about our projects.
